Best way to Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park from western suburbs?

What is the best way to get from Philadelphia's western suburbs (King of Prussia area) to Citizens Bank Park for a night game? Is there a way to do it without spending a lot of time sitting in traffic? Is it better to travel from 6 to 7 and arrive just in time, or will traffic still be heavy then?

    Take the 125 bus from King of Prussia Plaza to 30th Street Station, then switch to the subway. An hour and 20 minutes, and you don't have to look or pay for parking.
