it doesn't matter if it's frozen or not. if the impact is strong enough to break their neck or skull then they're dead

What is the mass of the turkey?
What is its velocity?
Is it coasting, accelerating, or decelerating?
With that information, one could use Newton's formula to calculate the energy released at impact and then determine if the energy is enough to fracture the maxi facial structure sufficiently to cause a fatal injury.
