Does kissing bring about fireworks? Any magical kissing stories?
My first kiss with a guy was nothing special and I was a little disappointed because he was really cute. Maybe I expected too much from movies and books. I don't know, why don't you all share your kissing stories? Or any tips?
I heard that when you kiss someone, you feel butterflies fluttering in your stomach. It is some magical moment that leaves your body shuddering with wonderful firework feelings. Is that wrong?

i felt nothing during my first kiss, my eyes were open too... but we kissed like 4 times that night.
but the last kiss [goodbye kiss], i had butterflies and there might have been fireworks too. i think maybe because it was short and simple. the other kisses were just too much for me.

Alright.... so I was 13, almost 14. My "boyfriend" and I had been together, or should I say, liked each other and had been on little cute dates and stuff, for over a year. Although we had held hands and all that, we hadn't kissed yet. We kissed by a pond. It was at his birthday party, and it was kind of a beautiful day, during the summer. It was just a peck. Looking back, it's a great memory :). Although we're not "dating" anymore, neither of us regret the kiss. Will either of us regret it in ten or twenty years? I don't know. Probably not. We are still great friends, and I wouldn't change a thing about the kiss, or when I had my first kiss, or who I shared the kiss with. Hopefully, he feels the same way. Just remember that boyfriends aren't everything. Everyone has their own experiences with dating growing up. For now, I'm focusing on schoolwork, which is paying off. Will I have another kiss/boyfriend in the next few years? Maybe. Maybe not. It's all in the hands of fate. :)

Truthfully? First kisses are never great because you don't know what you're doing! The first guy that I really liked (even though he was probably the fourth or fifth I had dated) was the first that I had a great kiss with.
There's a lake near where we both lived and there was a tree that had fallen out into the water that was wide enough to walk out on. We both walked out there and we were just sitting and talking. Then it started raining and we started laughing like, "We have the greatest luck."
But then he looked at me with this funny smile on his face and leaned in and kissed me, and I felt fireworks.
So I think fireworks-kisses are possible but not with your first one. The moment has to be right and so does the person you share it with.

Kisses like that exist, but most likely won't be with your first guy. I didn't have them with my first kiss... it was enjoyable, but still, no fireworks.
I wouldn't really know at my age, 16, but I'm sure firework kisses are meant only in special situations. Its all about timing, and it has to be with someone you truely love (which means it most likely won't be until after highschool and start seriously dating).
;)
Don't feel bad though... kisses are always nice, even if they don't give you that feeling.

I am on my boyfriends account. I am 13, and he is 17 please don t judge) well, anyway when we first kissed I felt amazing Ilove him very very much. And I know how people don t believe that true true love doesn t exist...But to me I think it does. My Great grandparents were 11 years apart; And they lived happily ever after, So I mean it can be done, but going back on your question. When I kissed him I did feel butterflies...I still do ;P It just has to be with the person you truly love. And P.S He is my first ;P

Well do you absolutely love this guy.
you have to love him very much it doesn't mean just because he's cute you will have butterflies and see fireworks, If he is your true love them you will have butterflies and the fireworks aren't even that real but something like that does happen
