I tend to think so. (Mark 2:15-17, Luke 23:40-43, John 8:7-11, John 9, Luke 14:1-6, Mark 2:23-27, Matthew 12:9-13) Would he want millions of people to suffer and die to uphold the letter of the law?

Jesus would have likely done something like that - He had quite the temper at times. He also hated the Pharisees and I think He would view the Pope as a Pharisee.

I don't believe that Jesus has a problem with condoms, but He does have a problem with sex outside of marriage.

The letter of what law? Seriously, where in the Bible does it say to not use condoms? lol
And no, Jesus would not do that.

No, Jesus would tell you to NOT EVER have sex outside of marriage.
