my apartment lease is getting over and i was looking in the market and there are many single family homes and townhomes available at the same cost of my apartment.
Would it make sense to move into an Townhome rather than a apartment? Are there any catches in this?

no, it should not you know what the rent is all the utilities should be the same

Are all utilities included in your apartment? In a rental home, you will probably be responsible for all utilities. Lawn maintenance will most likely be your responsibility also.
