When were photographers "removed" from the field?
On MLB network I am watching a game from June 1976 between NY Yankees and Detroit Tigers and noticed that in foul ground there were a couple of photographers on the playing field. Now old Tiger stadium had a lot of foul territory but it shouldn't have been considered safe for these people to be there. I'm wondering when did the practice stop allowing them to go there while the game was being played?

they can still be there but have to be authorized by the home team but most don't allow many due to insurance reasons.
