help i need to record videos from my palmcorder straight to my computer is that possible?
question says it all do i need a adapter to get my video and audios connected to my computer?

It's possible if you have software that supports live capture via firewire. Both Pinnacle Studio and Sony Vegas support this feature. Free software like Windows Movie Maker does not support recording direct to your computer.
