opinions please whey protien diet?

I have a friend who lost a ton of weight on drinking just whey protein.. did not eat.. whats your opinion.. is it safe.. she did that for about a month and lost a ton of weight..

    well... no, i would guess it isn't safe if she only drinking whey and not eating. whey isn't a fricking vitamin pill. tell her stupid *** to stop.

    whey doesn't supply her everythin she needs, also whey is for people tyring to build muslce mass. she should only dirnk it if she lifts, and wants to be a bodybuilder.
