How do I add a song to a Movie Maker video?
Okay I'm putting together a slideshow video for YouTube of various animal pics, and want to add some nice classical music from my music files to it.
So how do I go about this? I'm new to this sort of thing.

you have to inport the music to movie maker. (do this the same way you imported the photo's and/or video's.
then you have to drag the file down onto the timeline and make sure it starts at the beginning.
if the slideshow goes for shorter than then music you will have to go to the end of the music on the timeline and of you click and hold down on the far right edge and drag it back to where the slideshow ends.
when you have finished it and uploaded put a link in you'r answerer's reason.
hope this helps :)

You can open up the file where you have the music and drop it onto WMM and then put it on the timeline or click import music on the sidebar and find it in there then proceed to put it on the timeline. When you are done make sure you save with "Save to My Computer" on the sidebar so it is compatible with youtube. If you want it to be viewable in HQ then save as Type High Quality Large

File->import into collections...
You can import song by following the above step.
Now click show timeline above the storyboard. Now drag and drop the audio into the space provided. And you're done.

Import Audio (you can find this option at the left side pane) then drag it down at the timeline. To match your video, you can cut or move it. :)
