How can i loose weight in a week, without using random diet pills/supplements?
Is this possible?
And would just doing more exercise,
And drinking more water,
And eating less snacks make me loose weight?
Or will the weight just plummet back on when I stop doing less exercise etc?
What can i do in a week AND How to keep that fat off me? Thanks :)

A recent study was done where it showed - It does not matter what you eat - just how much you eat (as in calories). So in order to lose weight you need to bring in less calories and work more calories off.
However, if you eat too many "bad" calories (aka empty calories - sugar!) than you are probably going to still be doing your body more harm than good. Plus I really think if you cut out too many calories at once then it also has a bad effect on your body because your body than thinks you are starving and your metabolism goes down.
I just try to stick with drinking plenty of water (half of your body weight) and eating plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean meats & low-fat dairy. And always look for little ways to get excercise like parking farther away at stores. I hope that all helps. I included a website that talks more about how many calories you should eat.

Cut off a limb.... My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home. The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better! Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results. Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated. Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!
