I believe the first trials for crimes against humanity were held in Nuremberg Germany in 1946 when they put Adolf Hitler's Nazi government officials on trial. The grounds were: conducting war of aggression, the Holocaust, acts contrary to the Geneva Convention's rules of war.

God gave humanity unfastened will. we've the flair to be loving, peace-loving, non secular beings. that is us that have abandoned God, that is us that are accountable for straying from the perfect. we are on earth, which has all we would desire to proceed to exist - yet we havent' carried out too properly in sharing the components. we've made ungodly regulations of our very own - in case you rather learn the ten Commandments you need to come to the top that they are all we desire - if all of us accompanied them, think of what a place this international must be! there's a reason for each thing, all problems and tragedies have a root someplace in the previous and are human born (barring some organic mess ups). Why assume that is God's fault? learn this project, seem into it with an open concepts - and once you're at it purchase a dictionary and techniques to spell! ("dictater"? "there lives"?)

What crimes against humanity? He ordered a military attack to free the people of Iraq from their harsh dictator and to destroy possible WMD's (weapons of mass destruction). Only an ignoramus would suggest putting Bush on trial for war crimes. He led to the death of people, but they were criminals, followers of a harsh dictator in a totalitarian regime without rules.
