How many calories and grams of fat in a hummus and tabbouleh sandwich?

Ya know, just typical amounts of hummus and tabbouleh wrapped in a typical middle-eastern-style pita?

I've looked all through my Weight Watchers materials and all over the internet, and I can't find a good answer to this.

Thanks in advance if you can help.

Update:

Maybe I didn't explain this clearly enough: I can't find it on a web site. This is why I am asking.

Roughly, depending on if you make it yourself or you bought it pre made

    Hummus: 1 Cup 24 g of fat

    Tabbouleh: 8 g of fat

    Pita: Depends on the label

Once again, it dpends if you make it yourself or if it is store bought. If you make it yourself, you can adjust the fat, calories etc. Hope this helps.

if you purchased it out than look at the web site of the place to see if they post the info. Many places today do. If you made it than you have to search each ingredient or read on your labels and add it up. No one knows what is in it or the kind of bread, etc. so you must do your own work on this one.

for people who offered it out than look on the cyber web cyber web website of the area to confirm in the event that they placed up the documents. Many factors at modern do. in case you made it than you will desire to seek for each ingredient or learn on your labels and upload it up. no person knows of what's in it or the form of bread, and multiple others. so as which you will desire to do your own artwork in this one.
