Poll: Who exactly invented the SPORK?

I think it's so pointes...you can't even pick anything up with it, and if it's liquid, it spills out! Do they include it in my salad as some sort of sick joke?

oh.. it is NOT pointless in fact it is a spoon with exactly 4 points..

I believe it was originally invented as a weapon and they quickly realized that in the art of hand to hand combat an actual fork or perhaps a knife is better used... but for short distance spit ball fighting it was far superior to any conventional flatware.. the cupped spoon end was perfect for holding caterpult ammo and the spring like plastic handle gave optimum spitball launching .. and if you use the fork tines as the sight for the caterpult you were virtually unbeatable....

so if you happen to have a cerry tomato in your salad today, try lauching it...you will be praising the makers of the spork by noon today.

George Laramy of Enfield, New Hampshire patented a table utensil in 1907. Laramy invented a combination fork and spoon. Sure looks very spork like to me.
