sexual harrasment in the work place?

I had been sexually harrased by a female (I am a female as well) she was very blunt about what she would do to me in front of another employee, I said I am not that kind of girl and have a boyfriend and I said stop, it did but someone told my boss who had heard it from the person who heard her talk to me the way she did, my boss brought me in the office, but he did not talk to the girl who harrased me. he later said to me while getting coffee "I am jealous" and then said "Oh I might go to H.R and get in trouble and laughed.. inside I did not think that was funny, as time went on people just thought it was funny, after a video for the company one of the guys said to me (after I spilled water down my shirt he said oh is that how your boobs got so big you water them, I said you should not talk like that and ought to stop, later on because of how I was feeling I became depressed that I was put on meds and switched to different hours at work, so I would not be around any of the co-workers I worked with, one night my boss sent the girl who harrased me to me to train her for the weekends, I couldn't believe it, while I was training her she sprayed my behide with furniture polish and laughed I said stop, she did it once more and said Oh your a$$ is gresy now, I told the higher boss and left work without finishing my shift but before I clocked out the guy that said my boobs were big cuz I water them made a jesture to me about blowing my boyfriend because he was back in town..I was in shock..I have since quit because I couldn't handle the stress, I have not found another job it has been 2 weeks, I feel like I had a nervous breakdown, they have since fired the girl but not the guy, do I leave it be or do I do something about it..maybe I sould not have quit but I hardly got out of bed, my pay was good and my insurance was great

    You need a lawyer, NOW. Find out what your options are, they could very well include a lawsuit for harassment. Get everything documented. Dates, times, places, witnesses, all of it.

    You may find the company will settle this very quickly and quietly. The fact they fired the guy is a good sign.

    Move quickly.

    consistently blunders on the area of warning. its a shame that one harmless guy or woman gets accused even yet it rather is greater advantageous than 5 to blame people going unfastened. i think of it rather is the lesser of two evils. I would desire to think of that justice may be triumphant and the harmless guy or woman may be exonerated.
