I'm having Front Fork Problems?

The other day, the bolt on my front forks must have come loose and it starts to depress the fork springs with even slight pressure on the handlebars. I've included a photo link that will show the bolt that needs to be tightened.

How much should I tighten the bolt?

If you have a torque wrench, don't go over 80lbs of pressure. If you don't have one: hand tighten, tighten with a socket wrench until it starts to be pretty tight. then give it an extra 1/2 turn.
