I wouldn't worry about ATWT being canceled. It will stay on for this year, hopefully. ATWT's ratings are more solid than GL, and while it may stay at the bottom-General Hospital is not doing much better. So, if they got rid of ATWT, it would shake the whole industry. All of the top 6 soaps are in a rat race and aren't split up by that much of a margin (minus Y&R).
Also, Procter & Gamble hopefully will remain in the soap opera industry. If they were to get out of it completely, they could lose a large marketing front. I really hope ATWT stays around; it is a very important part of my past.
I wouldn't worry though. Even if CBS would drop it, another network would surely pick up a show like ATWT easily.

no longer something is desperate in stone, so i does not get too traumatic. that's a troublesome time for all soaps, and rankings generally improve up interior the summertime. I watch ATWT familiar too, and that i would be extremely disillusioned in spite of if that's canceled. I grew up staring at ATWT and GL, and that i prefer to grasp onto ATWT for as long as achieveable. in spite of if that's canceled, I do believe yet another community will %. it up. it fairly is rankings are not that terrible.
