Help with application form (Q2)?

They want evidence of 'Hands-on experience of all parts of the applications systems lifecycle' (for an application support and development role.)

WTF? Some pointers here ppl plz ? Or do I just list a couple of my projects? I do have an MSc in the subject, so it's not like I haven't done this. I am just pants at application forms.

    'Hands-on' typically means 'a job doing' ...

    So enter details of your previous jobs / work experience ...
