if want to do MBA,then what should i choose from i,e.MBA H.R. or MBA FINANCE.which one is more profitable?

MBA Finance definitely has more scope and I know it from experience. 3 of my colleagues are in HR and 2 in Finance. When slowdown hit the markets, the guys in HR had to put up with a lot (hiring, firing, retention, etc.).

Though there's equal stress in Finance, the people there can migrate to other industries quite well. Be it auditing, accounting, taxation, the need for Finance experts is always there in any industry.

It depends about your planning... you can take HR if you wanted to go for HR related activities and you can take Finacne if you wanted to for the jobs which are related to finance, commercial, etc.,

But finance job is possible only if you have base degree like B.com and BCA,etc., all the best

all are good, but it depends on your personality, talent and skills - whether they match your choice.

hr - if you are people oriented

finance - if you are comfy with numbers

marketing - if you have the zeal to sell

operations - if you like multi-tasking etc.,

in MBA first year is conman all sub in one year than sec.year you choose any one for my opinion for lady do the HR its very soft job
