Bristlenose pleco eggs?
I am so excited, I was starting to take down a temporary 5 gallon eclipse hex tank I was keeping some fish in temporarily including my male and female 2in bristlenose plecos. When I pulled out the piece of driftwood out I noticed about 20 little orange eggs. So I quickly put the piece back in.
I'm not sure whether to leave them there or put them in a net breeder or something.
I have been giving them both lots of veggies, algae wafers, and shrimp pellets.
Anything more I should know?

Plecos are good parents .Just leave them like they are for now. I have always raised mine on the same sinking algae wafers that I feed the adults .If they are orange they should hatch in the next 2 or 3 days. You can take the adults out if you like but I have never had a problem with the parents . Plecos that small will be ok for at least a month as they come to the surface for air . Then you are going to need a bigger tank. Almost all the eggs will hatch too then just watch them grow ! Congrates !!!

You should buy a small seperate one gallon tank to keep the babies in until they are older. You will need a 25 gallon tank once the babie are full size if they are all alive by then.
