Is it a cartoon movie because if it is then it is The Prince And The Pauper, but maybe you mean 2 girls switch places? like parent trap or freaky friday? I need a little more information =/ sorry i hope i helped

are you sure it wasnt two girls?
i remember there was those two girls and they were sisters and switched places..it was called wish upon a star..
