She stinks...because...she doesn't use a douchebag regularly.

Yes, and I absolutely hate it. We work alternate days, so you would think it wouldn't be that bad, but I feel like after I get everything back in order after my co-worker has screwed it up, its their turn to work again. It frustrates me so much, and not a lot of people at my work even like them, so I keep wondering, why don't they get fired? They don't do the job correctly and are putting stress on everyone else. It's not worth it having them work there.

If you really like the job you have, hang in there, chances are that many others think they're a douche bag and hopefully they won't last there.

YES! A woman i work with repeats everything she says over and over, laughs at her own not funny jokes, announces everything she is working on so she can make it seem like she's a harder worker then anyone elsE in the office. WE ALL HATE HER.

I know how you feel. I work with a woman who is a complete screw up and should have been fired on at least 3 occasions. She recently got promoted to a director position.
