The only way I could think that this question merited an answer is if you are talking about mutual masturbation and his ejaculate gets on your labia...or as I see someone else just suggested, your hands and then you put your hand inside your vagina. As long as sperm hasn't 'wandered' in to an open vagina, you're quite safe.

If you're talking about by yourself, then I'd like to know what kind of manipulative person would make that up to control your actions when alone. If that's the case, the internet has saved yet another person from being a victim of this fallacy.
