Did AB 390 Pass in CA?

Does anyone know if the bill to tax and regulate marijuana like alcohol pass the vote on march 30th??

I can't find anything about it passing but I found loads of information about the bill.

    It appears the author canceled the hearing that was suppose to be held on March 31st!

    EDIT: I know! Boo is right. I was pretty sure it would not pass though. CA is progressive but I don't see it passing, not now at least.
