So i really want to wear a dress to school. It is navy blue with white polka dots, with black leggings, and black converse. You think it's too dressy

I dont think its dressy--its sounds more punkish the way you describe it so it should be ok as long as the dress isnt too long and covers the leggings-if other people wear dressyish stuff then this should be fine!

I don't think it is to dressy. If anything you will get comments about it. It is funny to get peoples reactions when people don't dress like they normally do.
