your Q says rt24 is four, thats' wrong...
rtxy may be expressed as rtx x rt y
eg. rt 27 = rt 3 x rt 9
and rt 9 is 3, so rt27 = 3rt3
rtx^Z = rtx^z/2
therefore,
3. rt 150 = rt25 x rt 5
= 5rt5
4. rt72 = rt36 x rt2
=6rt2
rtx^2 = x
rt y^3 = y^3/2
rt72x^2y^3 =6rt2xy^3/2
5. rt3x^5y^14 = rt3x^5/2y^7
