The first one is pretty straightforward:
sqrt 50 / sqrt 2 = sqrt( 50/2 ) (You can do that as long as both numbers under the radicals are positive)
= sqrt 25
= 5.
For the others, what you're being asked to do is "rationalize the denominator." That means you want to multiply the numerator and denominator of the fraction by some number that will turn the denominator into a rational number.
For instance, on #2, if we take 4 / √5 and multiply the numerator and denominator by √5, we get 4√5 / √25 = 4√5 / 5.
On #3, let's simplify first: √2 / √10 = √(1/5) = √1 / √5 = 1 / √5. Then we multiply numerator and denominator by √5, which gives us √5 / √25 = √5 / 5.
I think that should be enough to get you started. Remember: simplify fractions and square roots first, then rationalize your denominator. Hope that helps!

Sorry to be annoying, but it's dilemma to begin with.
Second: Relax.
1. sqrt 50 / sqrt 2
Remember: sqrt(x)/sqrt(y) = sqrt(x/y)
So, simplify to: sqrt(25)
=5
2. 4 / sqrt 5
Multiply numerator and denominator by sqrt(5)
4sqrt(5)/5
That's it.
3. sqrt 2 / sqrt 10
Multiply numerator and denominator by sqrt(10)
sqrt(2)*sqrt(10)/10
sqrt(20)/10
Next one!
4. 4sqrt x^12 / 24 sqrt x^2
sqrt(x^12) = x^6.
sqrt(x^2) = x
So, 4(x^6)/ 24x
x^5/6
5. 15 sqrt 8x^16 / 5 sqrt 2x^4
Your typing is confusing here. Are you asking for 15 sqrt (8x)^16 / 5 sqrt (2x)^4 or 15 sqrt 8 * x^16 / 5 sqrt 2* x^4 because it makes a difference.
I'll solve both ways:
15 sqrt (8x)^16 / 5 sqrt (2x)^4
15 sqrt(8^16 * x^16) / 5 sqrt(2^4 * x^4)
(15* 8^8 * x^8) / (5* 2^2 * x^2)
Simplify
2nd way:
15 sqrt (8 * x^16) / 5 sqrt (2* x^4 )
3 x^ 8 * sqrt(8) / (5x^2 sqrt(2))
3 x^ 8 * sqrt(4*2) / (5x^2 sqrt(2))
6 x^ 8 * sqrt(2) / (5x^2 sqrt(2))
Simpify:
6/5x^6
6. (3sqrt5)(2sqrt10)
6sqrt(50)
6*sqrt(2*25)
6*5sqrt(2)
30sqrt2
7. (2sqrt x)(5 sqrt x^3)
10sqrt(x^4)
10x^2
Good? : ) Hope it helped.

1. sqrt 50= sqrt 25 * sqrt 2; 5(sqrt2)/(sqrt 2)= 5
2. idk sqrt(16/5)
3. sqrt 10 = sqrt 2 * sqrt 5; sqrt2/(sqrt2*sqrt5)= 1/sqrt5
4. 4x^6/24x=x^5/6
5. sqrt8=2*sqrt2; 15(x^8)(2sqrt2)/5(x^2)(sqrt2)= 6x^6
6. sqrt10=sqrt5*sqrt2; (sqrt5*sqrt5)(2*3)sqrt2= 30sqrt2
7. 10 (x^(1/2)*x^(3/2))=10x^2 (or sqrtx*sqrt3=sqrtx^3=sqrtx^4=x^2)
