How do you get past the Carnival Level on Sonic 3!!?
I'm sure you all know where I'm stuck.. that stupid barrel on part two if the Carnival Level. I've read that you press up and down till it gets to the height that you want, but it this meant for PC as well. I'm playing the PC Version and I have literally been trying to be this part for years! Its driving me crazy!!!!!!
Please help!!
Its before the boss, the wall comes down so you can't go back through and its the single barrel that rotates. You have to somehow get in the building to the right. I've seen tails get in, But I can't!!

Like after the boss??? If it's after the boss that use that barrel to fly up
diagonal right /.
