is their anyway to fight this dealer?

Is their anything anyway to figh the dealership?

I purchase a car on Saturday the 11th the car was in perfect condition on dirt on the hood and a scrach on the pass side and inside the driver seat it was dirty we ask to have the car detail and we were taold Yes

on Monday we return to give a down payment 20500.00 we sign the papers and promise to make sure that the difference will wired the rest by Wenesday which we did, the car is a bmw x3 the car was deliver today to Tropical shipping to be ship outside the US upon receiving the car the ship comp call me to ask me if I was going to clear the car myself I told them and I was advise to come and look at the car because the car was full of scrach so I did and THANK God we had taking picture of the car on Monday the car now look like it was scrash purposely, detail was not done teh driver door was ws hit we call the dealer they say that they do not return on any deal

also noted when we visited the car the mileage was 17000. now it 19 439 miles

the dealer which is Goggin BMW Treasure Coast in Fort Pierce Florida seems to avoid any responsibility

all the manager of the car dept told me was that we did not charge you for deliver I did not ask to have free deliver, I actually was waiting to know how much it will cost for it and when was told that they were going to deliver the car we just though that it was a curtesy

- the distance between their add & Tropical is 49.46 mile yet the total milage that awas driving is 180 miles

anyway I feel discuss by their service and certainly lost the love that I have for the car

Please advise how to deal with this dealer

I know that this might be the correct venue for this ? but since it is car I am sure some of might have experience with this kind of thing

Yes is was 17935 miles when we see the car upon deliver it was 19341 miles and their was dirt on the hood & 1 scrach on the pass side but now the car is mark everywhere and we had the driver door damage

these thing happen whenthe car was deliver to the shipping company by the dealer driver because the company has seen pics of the car they call right away to tell us that the car was damage

now the dealer is telling us they are not responsible and they can't return on a deal

    I can't quite figure out what you are asking. You say it was in perfect condition and then it has scratches. You also say the mileage was 17000 and suddenly it was 19439. None of this makes sense. I don't know where you are located, but I suggest you contact your state Attorney General if you are in the U.S. Maybe they can help straighten things out for you.
