Help with my baby's stuffy nose please?

My 17 month old has a stuffy nose but he hates the bulb syringe. Does anyone have any good ways to clear his nose without the bulb syringe? He doesn't know how to blow yet and the mucus is making it hard for him to breastfeed.

Update:

Thanks for the tips everyone. I will sit my son in the bathroom while I take a sower and see if it helps.

That's about the best you can do no baby likes the bulb mine still hates it but you need to use it to get that stuff out of there, are you using a nasal wash before you use the bulb? use some baby nasal drops before you suction his nose out.

Because of all the medications that have been taken off the market due to babies being overdosed by their own parents who can't read instructions, there aren't many choices when it comes to clearing a baby's nose nowadays. The best one is to run a hot shower. The heat dilates the capillaries in the baby's nose and allows more blood flow to enter the nasal area, pushing the hard, stuffy mucus out of the nose.
