Is it possible to know which application/task is transfering data through the network?

Sometimes after I boot up my computer and go online, I notice my network connection shows that its transferring data and this lasted for few minutes before it goes off.

From the task manager, it shows that its downloading something at about 50kBytes per second...

I wonder if I can check which task is doing this?

Thanks

yes, virus and windows update both could be the reason, but if you want

to know what exactly is taking it,then download a software called hard disk manager,I don't know about that software much, but its safe to use and it will tell you exactly which application is taking that download.

and use net for further detail about the software, good luck

    Hope it helps:-)
