When does the person selling turnips come to Animal Crossing Wild World on DS?

I thought it was Sunday and I have checked numerous times, but can't find her/him.

    Sunday mornings. She'll be gone by noon. So if it's night now for you, you've missed her.

    If it's still morning for you, check everywhere.. she could easily be hiding behind a building or something.
