Please help me...School Question?
I want to go back to school but I owe my old school $780. They won't give me my transcript until i pay it off. (I have 9 credits) Should I start all over or pay it off and then go to a different school? I really wanna start classes. Any help or info about transcripts and loans would be appreciated.

If you think about it, you would actually be wasting more money by NOT paying your old school, because I'm assuming that you would have to retake the classes you've already taken, and think about how much money it costs to attend a class: I'm guessing that the 9 credits equal to 3 classes. A 3 credit course adds up to about $320 at the university I attend, and that does not include the cost of books. Those three classes will cost even more to retake than to just pay your old school and transfer the credits.
