Chicago style citation?

OK, so I was wondering about what dates and locations to use. The book I am using right now was originally printed in Germany in 1968, but it was reprinted in 1991 by the University of Michigan. So I've got two choices to use for citation. Which one is correct?

Update:

As a matter of fact, I use Citation Machine ^.^

I just have to know what stuff to punch in and I can't seem to find the category that a republished, and possibly translated, book would fall under.

Go to citationmachine.org (maybe .net I cant remember) It will do the citation for you and its always right! I use it for APA and I never lose points. I would use the 1991 Michigan for the citation since that is the info for the actual book your using.
