it is the highset order of s in frequency domain, i know. but it was not satisfactory for the interviewers. What can be more satisfactory one for the control engineers?

    I'm taking a guess here, cos it's been so long since i did control systems, but i think the order of the system is determined by the number of right hand plane poles.

    And i think this determines the frequency response (bode plot?)

    Or it might impact the stability in some way.

    If u r talking in control engineering the order of system is the highest power of the 's' when u r talking in terms of s domain
