1990 was a fantastic Rhone vintage, though better in the North than the South (where your wine is from). It's not a great, well known name, so drinking up is probably recommended, but I have had wines from the 70s from unknown estates in Chateauneuf in the last few years that have been holding up admirably. How it's been stored will be of most importance, but that's another question.

Drink it now. This is not one of the chateauneuf wines made for long aging, so it's already well past its prime.

    live your life

it can end just like that

well its probably really stong now since its been aged for about 2 decades so heres the deal:

keep it-if you want to make the wine stronger and enhance the flavor

drink it-if you like your wine to be like not very strong but still have yummy flavors...and if you don't like wine that is strong than i'd be trying to open it right this minute

    hope i helped
