Can you recommend a diet-exercise regime specifically for my type?
I have tried many times to reduce my food intake, but to no avail. I'm 14 years old. I have a noticeable amount of flab (but not too much to sag). My BMI is a bit above 25 (around 25.3-26), which means I'm overweight.
My primary problem is that I love to eat and get hungry ever so often. On top of that, I have low physical activity because I don't like physical activity at all.
Question is, how do I overcome my insatiable appetite and how do I get my mind right on exercising. What are simple ways to burn some fat without the need of machines?

Instead of eating less, eat healthily. Every time you think - I feel like a chocolate now - think, if i have this banana now, i can have a chocolate later. And for breakfast try eating yoghurt with your cereal. Simple things like that.
For excersise, don't tire yourself out by running and killing yourself. Do something you enjoy and set yourself rewards. Say - 30 skips every day for a week and I get to have a Macdonalds Burger. And take someone else with you for company. Walking is the best excersise, if you do it continually in a routine and at a reasonable pace. Try listening to your ipod while you go for a 20min walk in the morning.

Diet and exercise are necessary. Eat smaller meals, but more often. Don't eat more than 10 times your weight in calories. Eat more vegetables, because they help you to stay full. Eat protein, complex carbs and unsaturated fats. Don't eat any junk food, candy or pop.
For exercise, do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week. There is no "easy" way, but once you change your lifestyle, it will be normal for you.

yes but the excessive amount of fat will just slow down the process coming back more and more. Cholestroel will make breathinh harder doing the excercise and will be a heavy burden on you. So its better to eat healthy. Don't worry though you can eat stuff like chicken and fish meet as long as its not too greasy or full cholestroel or fat. Because it will make the process slower. Much slower then needed to be, Unless you have a super fast metabolism like me but even I go by a diet now because even if i can't get chubby it makes a big difference in my focus and breathing and respiratory.

it has a meal plan that you can follow because you get to eat every 45 min (it just matters how much you eat) but you will be full
but you will have to exercise to lose weight, there is no way around that
