Outlook ist ein Mail-Client der (so wie alle Clients) nur jene Mail-Konten abruft die ihm jemand (eventuell Du selbst) in seine Konto-Einstellungen hineingeschrieben hat.
Wenn Du das nicht willst dann gehe auf >Extras>Konten
und lösche das Yahoo-Konto.
