is it healthy to eat cheese everyday?

    That should be OK as long as you eat plenty of other food as well. If cheese is your staple and you don't eat much other food then you are doomed to suffer a lot of ill health as you can't live on a diet of cheese and very little else.

    In my opinion not everyday. When i do eat it in some instances everyday I usually the white American cheese which is less fattening.

    cheese [along with every other food] is healthy in moderation

    if you are eating other food [vegetables, fruit, carbs, grains, meat etc] as well, you should be perfectly fine :D

    well, im having some with lunch and dinner.

    Lunch: weight watchers pepper jack cheese on whole wheat and turkey

    dinner:chicken parmesan with low fat cheese

    I used to have the fattest stomach. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...
