Have you any idea how hard this question is?! Haha... wow. I'll attempt to answer it, though...
I'm going to drop Roger first of all... his lyrics were always sort of too... literal for me. Sounds odd, but I think they lacked depth most of the time.
John, he wrote some absolute stunners. Spread Your Wings is one of my favourites, the lyrics are beautiful. And also You're My Best Friend, again, the lyrics are beautiful and heartfelt
Then we have Brian... he wrote some of my all time favourite lyrics for the band. Who Wants To Live Forever is just... wow. But they are separate lyrics, not complete songs, if you get what I mean.
Freddie's were flamboyant and sometimes completely random, but mostly fabulous...
Damn, I'm going to have to be predictable and say Freddie. He's written most of my favourite Queen songs;
Fairy Feller's Master Stroke
Nevermore
Bohemian Rhapsody
Love Of My Life
Death On Two Legs
Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy
I could go on :-P

That's a tough question. I like all of them!
For me, it really has to be a tie between Brian and Freddie, although Roger's songs have some great drum solos, and John's are usually very tender.
Brian May wrote some of my long-time favourites however, including Save Me, Sail Away Sweet Sister, The Prophets Song and

However, Freddie wrote It's a Hard Life, Princes of the Universe and The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke!
Yep, I'm torn (either that, or very indecisive!)

Tough question.
They each had pretty different styles of songs.
I think I prefer John Deacon's to be honest. His lyrics are all so meaningful with songs like Spread Your Wings, You're My Best Friend, I Want To Break Free.
Of course Freddie, Brian, and Roger were all great in their own rights, but I just like John's style a bit better.

wow... we have had a lot of Queen questions lately ( well, ore than usual), but I like this one, because too often people ONLY seem to focus on Freddie, or sometimes Brian.
For me I wouls have to choose Brian May though, even though I would like to give it to one of the other guys like Deacon just to be different.
BUT... Brian penned "Who Wants to Live Forever?" which is my all time favorite Queen track, amongst many many others.

My favourite's John Deacon.
I truly love all the songs he composed.
But, no matter who you says is best, they ALL are/were extremely talented.
