Can you make your own energy drinks?

I noticed alot of the ingredients you can get at a vitamin store. So I was wondering if I crushed B-12? B-6?

Caffiene?

Any tips to make them?

I just hate how sweet most are....

    Go toGNC they have powder versions of most of the ingredients and health food store

    2 Tea Bags

    6 level teaspoons sugar (24 grams)

    A pinch of salt (0.5 grams)

    2 oz lemon juice (about 55 grams)

    30 oz boiling water

    * 1 can orange juice

    * 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    * 1 tablespoon lime juice

    * 3/4 teaspoon salt

    * water

    Recipe 2

    * 1/2 cup honey

    * 1/2 teaspoon lite salt

    * 1/4 cup lemon juice

    * water

    Recipe 3

    * 10 tbs. sugar (5/8 cups or 120 grams)

    * .75 tsp Morton Lite salt (4.2 grams)

    * 1 package of Coolaid mix for flavor

    * Water to make 2 liters
