Why do SO MANY Asian girls side with other races and accuse the Asian guys for being unattractive?

First, you need to stop thinking that only asian girls are beautiful and that all you want is an asian girl. They are dating other races so why the hell would you still want them?. There are hot girls in other races and like asian guys.

This problem also doesn't just occur in asian race.

Usually those girls are the rejects of the Asian race. In a way, I don't blame them. If you're on the chubby side or you slept with a few guys, you're banned from the Asian race. As a result, they go on a bashing spree. I know some girls who are like that. They are attracted to asian guys, but mad at the same time because we put them down.

HOWEVER, most asian girls date asian guys...and those girls got no problem. Ususually those other girls got some problems.

I disagree with your statement about how Caucasian girls think that Asian guys aren't attractive.

I guess it's just the place that you live, because I'm in 8th grade and a lot of girls really like Asian guys.

I think the thing that turns some girls off are Asian guys' heights.

I rarely see Asian guys who are over 5' 10'' feet but I have a couple times.

Wow, you must hear this a lot for you to be this riled up about it. I think you should ask the girls who say that. I would like to know what their reasons are. My first guesses are bad experiences and/or superficiality.

Personally, I have a preference of Americanized Asian guys over immigrant Asian guys, but that's because I was born and raised in the U.S. so I've found it difficult to relate to immigrant Asians. Other than that, I've dated guys of all races and I don't discount Asian men from my list.

This attitude of bashing one's own race probably got its start with black men. I think they started doing it before anyone else many years ago. I remember being a little girl and hearing about relatives' acquaintances (men) talking badly about black women. I think that a lot of that behavior is related to status.

A lot of black men who were so used to struggling and feeling smaller in society felt stronger and better about themselves when they stepped out with a Caucasian woman. I also noticed long ago that Caucasian women with black men tended to really "help" them in a way that many black women wouldn't or couldn't. The Caucasian women would give them praise and it helped them feel better about themselves. Some black men who were a little bit bitter about racism also seemed to like to draw the ire from Caucasian men. They would talk about it.

Now, black women are starting to go outside their race more often too.

I think that some Asian mothers pushed their girls to date Caucasian men because the mothers' husbands were too traditional and they don't want their daughters to have that kind of life. Then you have the whole thing about physical features and trying to get whiter skin and rounder eyes, etc.

Then too I can understand how Asian women who recently came to this country might feel more integrated into American society if they date or marry a Caucasian man. It probably brings them feelings like they are no longer strangers in a strange land.

Asian men should just keep their heads up -- getting good educations and careers and also opening their eyes to "different" possibilities. There are always going to be women around who desire good men like you -- and the women are not all necessarily going to be Asian.

Well I think the more common reason is just surrounding. But I've wondered that too. Like when this one girl said she was attracted to light white skin or something, I couldn't help but wonder if she hated her own dark skin.

I'll never know so my guess is as good as yours.

Maybe they are trying to assimilate.

Maybe it's their surroundings. As in maybe they don't know many Asian guys but know a lot of other guys.

Maybe they are believing the Asian stereotypes too.

I knew this one Asian girl who dated everything but Asian. I've seen white, black, and hispanic all attached to her arm. I've never asked her why, there were a lot of Asians at my school. I guess she just didn't see any she liked....there weren't to many non-nerdy ones at my school.

Hey! I love asian men. Look. I never talk smack about them or to anybody. I find Asian guys very attractive a lot you know what I'm saying.

amy: i suspect asian girls don't discuss it with other asian girls because it'll make them look bad. If you're an asian guy you'll more than likely understand what the poster is talking about.

I've never done that in my life. Sure, I have dated men outside of my race but Asian men has always been my first choice. I always get pissed at white or other girls who diss Asian men too, and I always gather up sexy Asian guy pictures and shove them in their faces. It's funny you asked this question, because it was just today that I got into a huge argument with a girl who stated that this one random Asian guy was "good looking for an Asian guy". I mean, wtf is that supposed to mean??

You mean a few Asian girls? Not all, well majority, don't hate Asian men. People who seriously have the nerve to deem someone else, or ppl of another ethnicity unattractive, need to look in the mirror, or get rid of their inferior/jealous feelings. I pity all girls who bad mouth guys of certain ethnicities, just b/c they don't like them.
