idk if this is by popular decision, but as a Colts fan I would actually be dissappointed if we took Jerry or Hood. DT is not a highly valued position and we can get our kind of DT in later rounds as Polian knows. I think the pick will be Hakeem Nicks out of UNC, give Manning another weapon because right now if Gonzalez or Wayne gets injured we do not have a third receiver. It's easy to say Jerry just because the colts can't stop the run, but defense is not usually a top priority especially DT. Even though they can't stop the run they still win 12 games a year, so I think they'll continue to build the offense with Nicks and grab a DT like Ron Brace in the second and Mitch King in the 4th.

"Ziggy" Hood. Jerry is there but I say hood because jerry is 6-2 and 290 lbs. 6 ft 4 290. more taller and weighs more. colts need a tl east a 300 lbs DT whose somewhat big. Jerry is good and im sure i will have many arguements but i feel hood is the right pick for colts

also dont try to follow the media by thinkin colts pick WR. polian always surprises and media expects a WR so.....

The Colts defense was dissapointing last season, and it didn't help with an unhealthy Bob Sanders, who is the team's vocal leader on and off the field.
