Giant Bettas are better?

Nope.

The only thing is they are larger. No different, and IMO they are less aggressive than fighter plakats.

plakats are short finned male bettas.

it is about of culture, but that does not mean that it has to contiune. traditons are sometimes best left in where they started...history. But this isnt my place to tell you.

You don't what to have them fight, do you?

All Bettas are equally aggressive, some may be a bit more or a bit less.

I like smaller Bettas as they have more life in them.

to me. a betta is a betta. if you want true beauty and color from a betta.. then dont let them fight........... it takes a while to grow their fins back.. lols.....

but to me... a big betta is an OLD betta... cuz mines are pretty big and old.. hehe........
