When exercising........?

is it better to breath in through the nose and out the mouth, or breath in and out just from the nose?

    When your running a marathon or doing something slow that does not require a lot of oxygen, breathe from your nose (helps your mouth not to dry out. otherwise when doing something energetic breathe from both.. I have a sinus - I can only use my mouth!

    in and out through the nose. any use of the mouth dries out the throat.

    Just breath however is most comfortable. Breathing wasn't meant to be difficult.
