im 110 kgs i want to get my weight down to 90 in 2 months how do i do so?

i need to get ma wieght down pls help.........im 15 yrs old..........also tell me how to increase my metabolic rate......im lazyyy

    wow your quite tall....you should do alot of exercise to burn fat...cardio

    take up any sports and do them regularly

    atleast 30mins exercise everyday

    eat less fatty foods like chocolate, pizza etc

    drink lots of water though

    mainly just exercise alot and cut down on unhealthy foods

    Cut out any snacks you eat in between meals, go for a run around the block each day, do aerobics 3 times a week, go out walking with your friends, eat lots of salads

    Well, I'm trying to loose weight as well and decided to go vegan. Its been 2 weeks and I've already lost some weight. Plus when you're vegan you save over 100 animals a year.
