to use the title martian you have to meet birth, citizenship and genetic requirements, as set out in martian law.
please refer to the martian citizenship & identity act, chapter 32, section 3, plus the regulations, particularly appendix 2.
we don't take kindly to ppl using the term who aren't entitled to do so.

Stricktly speaking no since they were not indigenous - they were introduced. It would be like calling an new imigrant to the US a Native American.
BUT this can be argued either way since someone born in a country is then classified as a native of that country ie if born in the US you are a citizen of the US and thus called 'an american'
Edit: Exactly who's laws do people think a Mars colony would be bound by - really?

Yes, if by that time Mars is recognized as a separate political entity (at the very least, a colony).
The verb "move" in your question implies that Mars would already be considered as a place where one can deliberately choose to move to, as opposed to "be assigned to" (as in a military assignment, or astronauts on a mission).

There would have to be a government on mars already existing. And that government would have to make the law of nationalizing anyone born there(which doesn't exist in many countries).

Yes. When Native Americans were born before Europeans got there, they were Americans. When we got there and had children, they were also Americans. Mars would be the same.

yes. pretend you move to america and had a baby, the baby would have an american citizen, which means they are american. the same with mars, even though they are human, they still live in mars and it is their home.
