Breaking Benjamin fans.?
Their song "Had Enough" is one of my favorites, and I've heard that it was directed to their former drummer, Hummel. I heard that Hummel sued Breaking Benjamin for something. Is this true, that it is directed towards him? And what was Breaking Benjamin sued for by him? The song lyrics go like this:
Milk it for all it's worth.
Make sure you get there first.
The apple of your eye.
The rotten core inside.
We are all prisoners.
Things couldn't get much worse.
I've had it up to here, you know your end is near.
[Chorus:]
You had to have it all,
Well have you had enough?
You greedy little bastard,
You will get what you deserve.
When all is said and done,
I will be the one to leave you in the misery and hate what you've become.

You might wanna post this question in the Rock and Pop Section. It posted in Soap Operas. Yahoo chooses a category for you and sometimes it's very far off!
I will star your question so some of my contacts there might answer it too. This is all the info I could find.
In September 2004, drummer, and founding member of Breaking Benjamin, Jeremy Hummel was relieved of his duties in the band. Subsequently, on September 28, 2005, Hummel filed a federal lawsuit against the remaining members of Breaking Benjamin, as well as its management, claiming he was not paid for songs he helped write. Hummel's lawsuit asked for more than $8 million in damages. An article was released October 25, 2006 stating that Hummel does not receive any payments from the making of We Are Not Alone in which he co-authored.
The Phobia album is the first album to feature drummer Chad Szeliga after former drummer Jeremy Hummel departed from the band.
