you have to do it every year. the best time to do it is as soon as possible after the year starts - so like january 1st every year. this way if you qualify for aid, you make sure that you get it before they run out of money to give you.

Every year, but if you do it online, they tend to "save" your information, so you just have to update the newer information. When you put in your name and social, they will ask if you just want to update the current information. It saves a LOT of work, but you have to remember your pin number.

Every year. It remembers your data from last year, you just have to enter your taxes for that year every year.
