Make his last meal at around 6 p.m. and not water after 7 p.m.
Then take him out just before bed. But, he is still pretty young and you may have to get up once during the night. Soon, though, he will be able to hold it through the night.
He is still a baby.

I recommend you keep the pup in a kennel or at least a small bathroom at night to prevent him from having an accident. I kept my dog in a kennel for a total of six months which was 3 months after her last accident, just to be sure. Now she sleeps on a bed in my room at night but she had to be trained first. If your pup cries in the kennel grab something from your dirty clothes hamper to put in with him. Ami slept with a pair of my sweat pants I grabbed out of the dirty clothes. They smelled like me so she wasn't lonely anymore. She didn't chew them up but your pup might so don't put in anything you'd mind losing.
Training requires constant vigilence on your part. I kept her in the same room I was in all the time. I either shut the door or put up a little doggie gate. Then I kept an eye on her, when she showed any signs that she might need to go potty (walking around sniffing things, there's a certain way they walk) I took her straight outside. We always went to the same spot in the yard, it wasn't a time to play or go for a walk, she got to know that we were there only to go potty. Then once she went I would praise her like crazy! The praise is very important. It's the reason that you must go out with the pup and not just put him out on his own. It's the positive reinforcement that is the key to the whole thing.
If you miss the signs and catch your pup in the act of going potty, clap your hands to startle him - it will usually make them stop - scoop him up and hurry outside to let him finish. Try not to scare him. If you do, he'll start hiding from you when he needs to go and then you have a real problem. If he's scared to go potty in front of you he may not go when you have him outside even if he needs to go, then as soon as you go back in the house he hides and goes potty.
If you miss the act completely and the pup goes potty in the house, DO NOT hit the pup, DO NOT rub his nose in it or anything else like that. He won't have any idea what he's being punished for. If the puppy goes potty in the house it's because you weren't paying enough attention to get him outside. It means that you failed, not the puppy.
I've used punishment to train previous dogs that I had but this last time I used positive reinforcement instead and Ami is better trained than any other dog I've ever had and it took a total of about 3 months. Punishment is not nearly as effective as positive reinforcement

every time they eat or drink let them outside to go if they go praise them and if they dont bring them inside and wait 20 min. then go outside again. if they go in the house scold them and put them outside. if he pees at night let him out before he goes to bed
