They would be cousins. As they don't have the SAME mother and father - they wouldn't be identical genetically. So, I'd say cousins - just like any other brothers and sisters children are to one another.

Assuming the twins are identical, I suppose genetically they would be "siblings", but socially and actually they would be cousins.

i dunno, but is that evern legal?? most states only allow you to marry your second cousin
